1 RESERVATIONS:
Unless a reservation is cancelled in advance, a "no show" fee of 100% will be applicable
1.1 Reservations can be done through our website (www.namaqualandflowers.co.za / www.jcbotha.co.za), by e-mail,
or by telephone or fax to the hotel direct.
1.2 Reservations are secured and confirmed only upon receipt of deposit or credit card details. The options for QUOTE and ENQUIRY only states availability and tariff and no reservation is made.
1.3 No reservations are accepted through our email address
2 PAYMENTS:
2.1 Payment can be done by cash, guaranteed cheque or electronic transfer
2.2 Cash deposits into our account must be inclusive of the cash deposit fee
2.3 All major credit cards are accepted under the following conditions:
2.3.1 Credit card payment for amount between R26.00 to R3000.00
2.3.2 No credit card payments for an amount under R25.00 cash
or cheque only
2.3.3 No credit card payments for an amount over R3000.00 cash,
direct deposit or electronic transfer only
2.4 Overseas payments must include all transfer costs and commissions.
3 DEPOSITS AND CONFIRMATIONS:
3.1 High Season: (Jul/Aug/Sep)
3.1.1 60 days prior to arrival date 50%

3.1.2 30 days prior to arrival date full

3.1.3 If no deposit is paid by the due dates, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation
without prior notice.
3.2 Low Season:
3.2.1 30 days prior to arrival date 50%

3.2.2 15 days prior to arrival date full

3.2.3 If no deposit is paid by the due dates, we reserve the right to cancell the reservation
without prior notice.
4 CANCELLATION FEES:
Please keep management informed and make the necessary arrangements in advance
4.1 High Season: (Jul/Aug/Sep)
4.1.1 60 days prior to arrival date 25%
4.1.2 30 days prior to arrival date 50%
4.1.3 If no written cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date, the
company/person will be liable for the full amount of the reservation
4.2 Low Season:
4.2.1 30 days prior to arrival date 25%
4.2.2 10 days prior to arrival date 50%
4.2.3 If no written cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to arrival date, the
company/person will be liable for the full amount of the reservation.
5 RATES:
5.1 All rates quoted are rack/flat/standard rates and only include Vat and compulsary 1% Tourism levy
5.2 STO/agent commissions are applicable on accommodation only and must be added to our rates quoted and
must also be settled by the client directly to the booking agent
5.3 We reserve the right to change rates without notice.
6 CHILDREN:
6.1 Children under the age of 3 years free of charge
6.2 Children over 7 years pay full charge
6.3 Children over 12 years - full charge
7 PENSIONERS:
7.1 Less 5% proof of ID required.
8 DRIVERS AND TOUR LEADERS:
8.1 Groups of 20 or more members, 1 single/twin room with breakfast provided free of charge for driver and tour leader
8.2 Groups less than 20 members, 1 single/twin room without meals provided free of charge for driver and tour leader.
9 ACCOUNTS:
9.1 Only companies with approved credit facilities, will have an account charge
9.2 All accounts are to be settled within 30 days. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts.
10 SEASON DATES:
10.1 We reserve the right to change season dates (depending on rains).
11 MEALS
11.1 Buffet breakfast available at all hotels.
11.2 A la Carte menu available for dinner
11.3 A set menu for at least 15 people or more available by pre arrangement.
12 PETS:
12.1 Small pets allowed by prearrangement

13 POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
13.1 We reserve the right to alter any policy, terms and conditions without prior notice.
